Michael A. Giulitto, born in Ravenna, Ohio on June 13, 1962, graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor of science degree in finance in 1984. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1987. Attorney Giulitto was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1988 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
In addition, he is a product of preparatory education and he grew up in the Ravenna area. Attorney Giulitto is very active in local organizations and he is a member of the Portage County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Diane J. Prehn, born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 11, 1975, earned a bachelor of science degree in political science and criminal justice in 1998 from Ashland University. While in college, she was the recipient of the Ashland University Academic Excellence Award in Criminal Justice. She also received a preparatory education, lives locally and is active in the community.
Attorney Prehn obtained her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. She also earned the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Education. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2002 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Currently, Attorney Prehn is a member of the Portage County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
